- Mike Lucas:
- Reiterated that he wants to and has the ability to get the band back together in a matter of weeks - as he said last month.
- Operations Manager–Bruce Thron-Weber:

- Cristina moved to approve the 2021 budget, Roger seconded. All approve.
- Will continue working on SCFD application
- President–Cristina Baker:
- COVID update- can we and should we rehearse
- Survey sent.

- Mike Lucas:
- Survey results - some are willing to come back now and more willing to come back this Summer. Could rehearse outside in Summer.
- Tim suggested a rehearsal/concert outside. Use easier music and just play.
- Amber suggested setting a date of the first week in June.
- Some local parks do not require reservation.
- Move to start June 3. Jessica seconded. All approve.

- Maybe start up in May? Obviously based on people’s comfort level.

- Need to find a rehearsal space
- What time should we start? Time? If it’s outside we need to prepare for that. Expect members to be sporadic because it is summer.

- 2021 budget approved
- New Intermediate/Jazz Combo Director to replace Rick.
- Two interested parties: Jeff Miguel and Dean Hershfield
- How do we want to find someone? Put out an ad? Interview?
- Do they need to join rehearsals? Earlier?
- Resolved to reach out to both and see if they can be at the rehearsal and then move forward from there.
- New storage space
- Golden Music is not accessible now - as per owner - due to pandemic. Also, we need to find a larger space.
- Ask band members for resources.
